1. God has already given you everything you need (1-18)
– Moses introduces God’s Word to a new generation (1-5)
– Israel receives God’s Word and the promised land (6-8)
– Moses appoints leaders to help with decision-making (9-18)
2. Refusing to trust God leads to rebellion and loss (19-46)
– Israel struggles to get to the promise land (19-25)
– Israel refuses to go into the promise land (26-33)
– God punishes Israel to die in the wilderness (34-40)
– Israel tries and fails to go into the promise land (41-46)
